Navigate life’s challenges with more ease, confidence, and positivity.
I help growth-minded professionals shift unproductive thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in ways that create a greater sense of calm, clarity, and satisfaction—personally and professionally.
Coaching for Meaningful Change
Whether you’re dealing with procrastination, self-doubt, overwhelm, communication challenges, or feeling stuck in other familiar patterns, coaching can help you develop practical ways to respond differently to experience a greater sense of freedom and momentum.
How Can I Help
Coaching may be especially helpful if you want to:• Break patterns of procrastination or avoidance
• Build confidence in challenging situations or new roles
• Communicate more effectively at work and home
• Respond rather than react when stress, overwhelm, or uncertainty is present
• Reduce anxiety and the impact of negative or self-defeating thought patterns
• Follow through more consistently on what matters to you
• Gain clarity to make better decisions
My Approach
My coaching integrates evidence-informed and strength-based approaches to emotional wellbeing and behavior change grounded in the field of positive psychology.Incorporating tools and techniques that include mindfulness, body awareness, closed-eye experiential exercises, effective communication training and skill-building, we work together to broaden perspectives, reframe perceptions, and discover solutions to challenges that keep you stuck.Rather than simply understanding unproductive patterns intellectually, we work on interrupting them and creating new, more productive ones.
Mental Fitness Coaching
My 8–12-week Mental Fitness Coaching program incorporates the Positive Intelligence® framework to help you identify the self-sabotaging patterns that often contribute to stress, feelings of disempowerment, avoidance, and unproductive reactions that jeopardize your health, success, and inner peace. With the aid of a dedicated app, you reinforce your learning through daily practice designed to interrupt those patterns, shift to a more positive mindset, and build habits that support greater resilience, confidence, and effective action.Mental Fitness Coaching can be taken as a stand-alone program or incorporated into ongoing coaching.
